AT&T

Grrr. I hate being on hold with AT&T. I thought adding a new line to my business account wouldn't be an issue, but it was. Had to call twice and both times I had to wait at least 45 minutes. I finally got the new line added and the SIM card sent to me. But they sent me a micro-SIM.. GRR.

So I go down to the store to swap it for a regular SIM and the guy helping me called AT&T to activate the phone! He then put the call on speakerphone and started helping other people. I couldn't fucking believe it...
